In partnership with Equal Playing Field, Football for Peace supported a Peace Match which broke a Guinness World Record for the highest altitude match. More than 30 women from 6 continents met in Tanzania to raise awareness of equality by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. The Peace Match was accompanied by training workshops for 150 young girls in Tanzania on female empowerment and leadership. 1.1 million people engaged globally through the Peace Match, with representation from 30 countries.
