Born in 1971 in Bursa Turkey, Elif studied at Bursa and Uludag University of Educational Sciences. She became the founding member of European Freedom for Education (EFFE). Elif also worked as a teacher and director of Multiple Language Education department of Ozel Namik Sozeri College in Bursa for ten years. She went on to start a unique education programme in Bursaspor club for the football players in 2008.The model has achieved great success and had an important role in team’s becoming champions of the league in 2010. Elif Became a licensed football agent and built a company with her business partner based in London, Lisbon and Istanbul and has a vast portfolio of world class players in Europe. As an agent her role involves finding football talent, educating them and building them a sustainable and promising future career in football.
